Mike Multerer

My name is Mike Multerer and I have been riding for over 25 years and racing for about 10 years. The racing is secondary to the enjoyment of the ride. I mostly race Enduro's and a few Hare Scrambles. In 2004 I bumped myself up to the "A" class and with the Service and Support from LeMoine's Motorsports, mainly competed in the National Enduro Series on a Gas Gas 300 DE, finishing the season in 6th place in the Open "A" class. My best race was in Marquette Michigan where I placed 3rd. Prior to entering the "A" class, I had numerous race wins competing in District 16 Enduro's and Hare Scrambles in the Open B and Vet B classes.

My most memorable win coming from Black River Falls where, unknown to me at the time, I broke my left ankle prior to the first check point. Finding out the next day while being laid up at home that I took 1st place in Open "B".

I live by the motto, "You don't get old because you ride, you get old because you stopped riding." I look forward to racing for several more years, and just riding for as many years as I can. In the long Winter's we have here, I cross train on a Snow Hawk 600 HO. In 2005 I will be competing in both District 14 and 16 Enduro's and Several District 16 Hare Scrambles. I would also like to attempt one Ironman Hare Scramble, a GNCC, and a Moose Run.
